"I found my new favourite dish - they were everything I’d hoped for and more. These delightful little parcels are stuffed with vermicelli, celery, carrots, shiitake mushrooms & tofu, boiled and served with a soy garlic dressing. Sounds simple enough but these little dumplings are proof that it’s all in the technique. The texture is perfection. They’re soft but they’re thick and they’ve got bite. They don’t fall apart when you pick them up and the fresh ingredients all work perfectly together."
