Falstaff - 100

Chateau Latour is a dry red wine made from a blend of 95.2% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4.4% Merlot, and 0.4% Petit Verdot. Chateau Latour is one of the most renowned wine producers in Bordeaux and the world. The grapes for this wine come from a 47-hectare vineyard known as “Enclos.” The year 2003 was notable for extremely high temperatures during the summer, which led to faster grape ripening.

Although this created certain challenges in balancing ripeness and acidity, many wineries, including Latour, successfully managed these conditions and produced exceptional wines.

About Château Latour

Chateau Latour is one of the oldest continuous Bordeaux wine-producing properties in the Pauillac appellation with a history dating all the way back to the 14th century! The estate takes its name from the original Saint-Lambert tower placed close to the chateau that was created in the second half of the 14th century.
