Falstaff - 99

2005 was an exceptional year for Pauillac. The essential element to remember from the 2005 vintage is the characterised lack of water which accompanied the entire production cycle until harvest and the exceptional climate throughout the growing cycle.

Thanks to a generally warm and sunny climate, the vintage was built under exceptional conditions which strongly contributed to the birth of a very great vintage.

About Château Latour

Chateau Latour is one of the oldest continuous Bordeaux wine-producing properties in the Pauillac appellation with a history dating all the way back to the 14th century! The estate takes its name from the original Saint-Lambert tower placed close to the chateau that was created in the second half of the 14th century.
