Fish House Punch is an American mixed drink made with a combination of sugar, lemon peels, lemon juice, rum, cognac, brandy, and water. The ingredients are traditionally served over an ice block in a punch bowl, and the whole thing is garnished with grated nutmeg and lemon slices, then ladled into individual glasses.
This drink was invented by colonial Americans in Philadelphia who founded a social club called the Schuylkill Fishing Company of Pennsylvania. It is recommended to serve this punch on lazy summer afternoons.
MAIN INGREDIENTS
Clover Club is a cocktail made with a combination of gin, raspberry syrup, lemon juice, and a few drops of egg white. To prepare it, all ingredients are shaken with ice, then strained into a cocktail glass. A few drops of egg white are added for the purpose of emulsification, so a typical foamy head is formed when the ingredients are shaken.
This cocktail pre-dates Prohibition and it was named after a Philadelphia club of the same name, while the first written recipes for Clover Club date back all the way to 1917.
Boilo is a traditional Christmas drink hailing from the Coal Region of Pennsylvania. It usually consists of alcohol, honey, citrus fruit, and spices such as cinnamon, anise, caraway seeds, nutmeg, and cloves. There is no set recipe, and the choice of ingredients usually varies among the households.
It was usually made with moonshine, but nowadays, most common alcohol options include whiskey such as Four Roses, bourbon, or vodka. The drink is made by simmering water, citrus, spices, and honey, while the alcohol is usually added last, and the drink is then left on a slow boil.

Cisplatino is a beautiful wine made mainly from Tannat, Uruguay's national grape, perfectly blended with Merlot. It has just a small toasted touch that gives it a special character. The fruit is very present and in the mouth is a very tempting wine with great aromas.
The strong structure of Tannat finds its balance in the harmonisation with Merlot. A wine to enjoy immediately after being released.
