This recipe is adapted from the International Bartenders Association's website.
4.5 cl (45 ml) (1 1/2) gin
1.5 cl (15 ml) (1/2 oz) raspberry syrup
1.5 cl (15 ml) (1/2 oz) fresh lemon juice
a few drops of egg white
Put all the ingredients into a shaker.
Wait for 10 seconds then shake.
Add the ice and shake once again.
Double strain into a cocktail glass.
