Fish House Punch

Fish House Punch is an American mixed drink made with a combination of sugar, lemon peels, lemon juice, rum, cognac, brandy, and water. The ingredients are traditionally served over an ice block in a punch bowl, and the whole thing is garnished with grated nutmeg and lemon slices, then ladled into individual glasses.

This drink was invented by colonial Americans in Philadelphia who founded a social club called the Schuylkill Fishing Company of Pennsylvania. It is recommended to serve this punch on lazy summer afternoons.
