The Barrell Private Release Series is a project in detailed blending on a scale small enough to allow extreme precision. Every ounce of every ingredient changes the overall character of these blends, as does the barrel that each one is aged in. For that reason, these barrels take months to polish and perfect.

Each release of our Private Release Whiskey is a unique blend of whiskeys. Once created, these blends are married in single casks, many of which were previously used for other spirits and/or wines. Each Private Release Whiskey series has slightly different base whiskey and is entered into a finishing cask at a different time.

Barrell Craft Spirits' Gold Label Dovetail is a premium whiskey blend that elevates their acclaimed Dovetail expression. This limited edition incorporates whiskeys aged up to 25 years, finished in rum, port, and Dunn Vineyards Cabernet barrels, resulting in a more powerful and robust profile.

Bottled at cask strength of 140.18 proof (70.09% ABV), it offers a complex flavor experience. The nose presents white grapefruit and red currant, with jammy fruits like raspberry and peach, complemented by sarsaparilla and espresso. The palate evolves from strawberry rhubarb pie to toasted marshmallow and wintergreen, leading to a finish bursting with tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple. 

The Angel's Envy Cask Strength Bourbon is a limited release crafted from select barrels aged and finished for up to 14 months in port wine casks. Bottled at 119.8 proof, this bourbon has a dark amber-red color and offers rich flavors of caramel, brown sugar, and fruit.

Its nose reveals hints of leather, brown sugar, and green apple, while the palate combines apples, caramel, and vanilla with a touch of black pepper spice. The finish has lingering fruitiness and grape tannins with a subtle spiciness.

A triple distilled blended Irish Whiskey produced in Cork and made, unusually, with all three styles of Irish whiskey: single pot still, single malt and grain. First produced in 1779, it wasn't until 1913 that it changed it's name to Paddy after legendary salesman Paddy Flaherty.

Before that it had the rather catchy name of "Cork Distilling Company Map of Ireland Old Irish Whiskey". Rolls right off the tongue that one.

Barrell Seagrass is a meticulously crafted blend of American and Canadian rye whiskeys, each finished separately in Martinique Rhum, Madeira, and apricot brandy barrels. This unique finishing process highlights the grassy, oceanside notes inherent in rye, complemented by the opulence and spice from the finishing barrels.

Bottled at cask strength, Seagrass offers a vibrant flavor profile with tropical and orchard fruit notes, balanced by spicy and herbaceous undertones.

Barrell Bourbon Batch 022 is a cask-strength bourbon bottled at 116.6 proof (58.3% ABV). This expression is a blend of 5-year-old straight bourbons sourced from Kentucky and Indiana, combining the dry, woody characteristics of Kentucky bourbon with the floral and herbaceous notes of Indiana bourbon.

The nose presents rye grain, juniper berry, and delicate florals like elderflower and wintergreen, with hints of gooseberry jam and white peach. The palate is rich and oily, featuring flavors of flan, cappuccino, sweet tea, and s’mores, balanced by rye spice and notes of honeysuckle and candied apricot. 

Tinkerman's Gin Curiously Bright & Complex is a premium craft gin known for its vibrant and sophisticated flavor profile. The One and Only New Orleans Original. Sazerac Rye Whiskey symbolizes the tradition and history of New Orleans. Rye Whiskey dates back to the 1800’s, around the time when saloons, veiled as Coffee Houses, began lining the streets of New Orleans. It was at the Sazerac Coffee House on Royal Street where local patrons were served toddies made with Rye Whiskey and Peychaud’s Bitters.

The libation became known as the “Sazerac” and America’s first branded cocktail was born. This is the whiskey that started it all.
