This well-aged Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey was emptied from its oak casks after many years of aging and then refilled in Port wine casks and left to mature for several more years.
The taste is soft and sweet, with subtle hints of fruit, vanilla and baking spices - a tribute to the early bourbon aristocrat, Thomas S. Moore.
