Bardstown Bourbon Company's Origin Series Bourbon is a 6-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey with a high-rye mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley. Bottled at 96 proof (48% ABV), it offers a balanced flavor profile featuring notes of apricot, orange blossom, and mint, complemented by caramel, nutmeg, and rich oak.
The palate reveals waves of cinnamon and vanilla, leading to a bold, lasting finish.
