Bardstown Bourbon Company's Chateau de Laubade II is a distinguished blend of Kentucky and Tennessee bourbons, aged 12 and 10 years respectively, and finished in Chateau de Laubade Armagnac casks. This 107-proof (53.5% ABV) expression offers a complex flavor profile with notes of baked pear, nutmeg, cinnamon, sage, toffee, brown sugar, and almond.
On the palate, it reveals vanilla bean, rich oak, and golden raisin, leading to a refined finish.
