"This might have been the softest piece of Tuna I have ever tasted. The cold creaminess of the fish in combination with the short-lived, nose-strong spice from the wasabi sent chills down my spine."

"The rare combination of perfect textures, temperatures, and flavors -- is a rare commodity. There are only a handful of places at this level. Sushi Kanesaka is one of them."
"This might have been the softest piece of Tuna I have ever tasted. The cold creaminess of the fish in combination with the short-lived, nose-strong spice from the wasabi sent chills down my spine."
"Watching the chefs at Kanesaka form the sushi in front of you is an amazingly important part of the experience. They move with fluidity and grace, efficiently and masterfully forming each nigiri before placing it in front of you. The taste is, of course, fantastic, and it is only enhanced by being able to see the process of creation."
"The sushi toppings are on the narrow side and are prepared perfectly with the sushi rice so that they stay together when picked up with chopsticks but fall apart in the mouth. This is a great place to enjoy the artistry of the sushi chefs."
"Actually, frankly, everything I had at Kanesaka was subtle, sublime and superb, and I would certainly return the next chance I get."
"Their sushi was very delicious and mouthwatering. It’s definitely a legit two-star sushi shop."
"Emphasizes the purity of the ingredients; no bells or whistles, just meticulously prepared rice and the most pristine seafood."
"Overall, food here is absolutely incredible and hands down the best sushi experience I have ever had in my entire life. I still dream about that tuna cheek..."
"The nigiri that he hands you is already perfectly formed, perfectly seasoned, ready to eat with absolutely no additional intervention on your part. Every single small bite was a brand new experience, delighting the senses and surprising the palate."
