Thiénot Cuvée Stanislas 2008 Champagne is a prestigious wine that reflects the dedication and expertise of the Thiénot family in producing exceptional sparkling wines. This cuvée is named after Stanislas, the son of the founder, and is an integral part of the family collection "Collection Famille." On the nose, subtle notes of dried fruit and nuts, such as hazelnuts and pistachios, emerge, accompanied by aromas of lightly buttery brioche and candied lemon peel.
The Champagne House Thiénot was founded in 1985 by Alain Thiénot, an experienced broker in the world of champagne. His deep connection with the Champagne region and his understanding of the vineyards enabled him to create a house that combines tradition with a modern approach to winemaking.
Thiénot pays special attention to preserving the aromatic purity of its wines. From the very beginning, Alain introduced the use of thermoregulated stainless steel tanks for fermentation, which was an innovative practice at the time, allowing the preservation of freshness and the fruity characteristics of the grapes.
The Thiénot champagne range includes various cuvées, including the classic Brut, the elegant Rosé, and prestigious vintage labels such as Cuvée Alain Thiénot, which reflect the essence of the family’s style—elegance, freshness, and subtle fruitiness.
