Osborne Rare Sherry Amontillado Solera AOS is an exceptional sherry crafted from Palomino Fino grapes. Its solera was established in 1903 by Tomás Osborne Guezala to commemorate the birth of his son, Antonio Osborne, which is reflected in the wine's name.

The maturation process began in the La Palma winery, located in El Puerto de Santa María, and the wine was first bottled in 1924. This Amontillado is renowned for its complexity, combining the vibrancy of biological aging with the depth of oxidative maturation.

This wine pairs excellently with flavorful fish stews, quality cured meats such as morcón, lomo, and jamón ibérico, as well as with aged cheeses and white meats.
