Osborne Venerable Pedro Ximenez VORS is a natural sweet wine. The nose is very complex, with a great variety of nuances and very deep. Toasted flavour and pleasant sweetness with raisin and roasted aromas. The palate is ample, smooth and very elegant.

Long and persistent finish with a slight bitterness. Osborne Venerable Pedro Ximenez VORS is a wine made from Pedro Ximénez grapes, which are sun-dried and dehydrated. After this, they are pressed and their fermentation is stopped by adding pure wine alcohol.

It is aged for more than 30 years in oak barrels, following the system of "soleras". Its solera was founded in 1902 and for many years it has been one of the most prestigious soleras of the Domecq brand, bought a few years ago by Osborne.
