2022

Sibarita Oloroso VORS is a distinguished sherry from Osborne, crafted primarily from Palomino Fino grapes. This exceptional wine matures through the traditional Jerez system of criaderas and soleras, with its solera established in 1792, making it one of the oldest in the region.

Aged for over 50 years, Sibarita exhibits a deep mahogany color with iodized reflections. The nose is intense, revealing toasted notes of oak, mineral nuances, and hints of nuts like hazelnuts. On the palate, it is broad, balanced, and unctuous, with a slightly bitter, dry, and velvety texture, leading to a persistent finish.

The name "Sibarita" is derived from 'Sybarite,' referring to a person who indulges in the pleasures of fine food and wine, reflecting the wine's luxurious character. This Oloroso sherry pairs excellently with well-textured and fatty foods, including dishes incorporating figs, dates, chocolate, and soy sauce.
