Berlin Wine Trophy - Grand Gold

2022, 2021

After months of care in the field, and once the appropriate degree of ripeness has been reached, the grapes are harvested at night so that they reach the winery at a low temperature and without unwanted maceration. The alcoholic fermentation and maceration in contact with the skins take place for 25 days, thereby achieving the extraction of the maximum varietal potential.

Afterwards, once malolactic fermentation has concluded, the wine is racked twice and finally goes through the ageing process in barrels.
