Orzo kažerma is a Croatian dish originating from the Rogoznica and Split area of Dalmatia. The dish is made with a combination of barley, scampi, dried tomatoes, zucchini, garlic, white wine, fish stock, olive oil, salt, and pepper. The garlic, prawns, and zucchini are sautéed in olive oil and drizzled with white wine and fish stock.
