Longley Farm, established in 1948, is a renowned dairy producer located in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, England. Among their premium products is the Luxury Jersey Butter, crafted from fresh Jersey milk. Traditional Churning: The cream is separated from fresh Jersey milk and then churned to create a butter with a minimum of 80% butterfat.

Notably, no added colors, preservatives, or stabilizers are used in the process. The butter boasts a rich yellow color, characteristic of milk from Jersey cows, and is molded into an unusual cylindrical shape. This design facilitates easy slicing, adding an elegant touch to any butter dish.
