Incredible Hulk

Known to pack a powerful punch, Incredible Hulk is an American cocktail made with a combination of Hpnotiq fruit liqueur and cognac. In order to prepare it, equal parts Hpnotiq and cognac are stirred together in a cocktail glass filled with ice.

The cocktail was named after the famous comic book hero Hulk, referring to the green color of the drink. It was invented in New York City by bartender Kenneth Surita, at an event promoting Hpnotiq. In Northern England, there is a cocktail with the same name, but it has nothing to do with the original – the drink is prepared with WKD Blue, Red Bull, and vodka, and it is usually served at drinking competitions.
