Chifferi | Local Pasta Variety From Italy, Western Europe | TasteAtlas

Chifferi

Chifferi is a short and chunky tubular variety of Italian pasta. Due to its shape, it is typically used in various soups such as minestrone. There is also a subvariety of chifferi called chifferi rigati, which is also tubular, but bent, so it is often paired with simple light sauces or cheese-based condiments.
