Brut Millésimé 2018 is a remarkable Champagne from a limited series of vintages that the House of Charles Heidsieck selects only in truly exceptional years. This cuvée is crafted from carefully chosen Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, sourced exclusively from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, ensuring the highest quality and a distinctive expression of terroir.

In the glass, it dazzles with a radiant golden hue and delicate green reflections, accompanied by fine, persistent bubbles. The nose opens with subtle yet layered aromas of cocoa, roasted coffee, and brioche, which gracefully evolve into fruity notes of quince, roasted pineapple, and yellow stone fruits.

On the palate, the wine is precise and vibrant, with a creamy texture and a refined spiciness—cinnamon, licorice, and pepper—that add complexity and elegance to the long, satisfying finish. Brut Millésimé 2018 is a true gastronomic Champagne, pairing beautifully with dishes like tempura shrimp, chicken katsu with roasted green asparagus and aged balsamic, or with mature cheeses such as Brocciu or Ossau-Iraty.

Charles Heidsieck Brut Millésimé 2018 is not just a Champagne that captures the essence of a great vintage—it is a signature of winemaking mastery that transcends time.

About Champagne Charles Heidsieck

Charles Heidsieck is a prestigious Champagne house founded in 1851 in Reims, France, by Charles-Camille Heidsieck, famously known as “Champagne Charlie.” He was a pioneer in popularizing Champagne in the United States during the 19th century, earning a strong reputation thanks to his entrepreneurial spirit and charisma.

The house is renowned for its historic cellars, known as “crayères” — ancient chalk caves dating back to Roman times — which provide ideal conditions for aging Champagne. These cellars are recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Throughout its history, Charles Heidsieck has earned acclaim from numerous royal and imperial families, a testament to the exceptional quality of its wines.

Today, the house is part of the EPI group and continues its tradition of crafting prestigious Champagnes, including cuvées such as Brut Réserve, Rosé Réserve, and the exclusive Blanc des Millénaires.
