Baby Guinness

Baby Guinness is a shooter cocktail made with a combination of coffee liqueur and Irish cream liqueur. To prepare it, Irish cream liqueur is simply floated on top of coffee liqueur. Despite its name, this shooter does not contain Guinness beer, and its name is derived from the fact that it is visually reminiscent of a small glass of stout beer, where coffee liqueur represents beer and the Irish cream liqueur represents the foamy head.
