Applejack Rabbit

Applejack Rabbit is an American cocktail that combines apple brandy, lemon juice, orange juice, and maple syrup. The ingredients are shaken with ice, and the combination is then strained into a coupe glass. It is usually garnished with a lemon twist.

Applejack Rabbit was first featured in Here's How, a cocktail book from 1927 written by Judge Jr. The cocktail rarely appeared on the bar menus, and it was reintroduced in the early 2000s by the legendary Jim Meehan. The name Applejack refers to the American apple brandy that is often regarded as one of the oldest American spirits.
