"I ordered a Tirolese which was prosciutto, caramelized leeks, marscapone and mozzarella so it was a pizza bianco. The leeks were sweet, the marscapone creamy and the ham salty and I added a little chilli hit with the side dish of chilli oil on the table. What a hit of flavour!"
