Txakoli Ameztoi Primus is a distinguished white wine produced by Bodegas Ameztoi, located in the Getaria region of Spain's Basque Country. This wine is crafted exclusively from the indigenous Hondarrabi Zuri grape variety, sourced from the winery's oldest vineyards, which impart a unique elegance and depth to the final product.

The winemaking process begins with the prompt transfer of hand-harvested grape clusters to the winery, where the must is extracted and fermented in barrels over a period of twelve to fifteen days.
