"The best tlayudas of Oaxaca can be tasted at the La Chinita stand. It is always full, so, they give you a ticket with your turn. Even so, the cooks are quick as the wind preparing this local specialty consisting of a giant toast stuffed with butter, avocado, beans, cheese, hot sauce and cabbage or lettuce."

"It is not like tacos, gorditas or another mexican meal. Actually not all Mexicans knows about it, but in Oaxaca (the state with the best food in Mexico) tlayudas are delicacies. The tortilla is huge, it is neither toast nor soft, the ingredients like smashed beans, oaxacan cheese, cabbage and salsas make it a quite simple but delicious meal."
