"Having tasted a bit of the pasta, it was lovely and gooey, but not swamped in the cheese sauce. The macaroni was cooked to perfection and there was also a further sprinkling of cheese on top, which had been put back in the oven to give it a lovely crunch."

The usual accompaniments nestled under and around the meat, including a light, crisp Yorkshire pudding and three well-basted roast potatoes. The gravy was more of a thin meat juice jus but had plenty of savoury flavour."
