Hotel Chocolat is a British chocolatier and cocoa grower, headquartered in London. The company was founded by Angus Thirlwell and Peter Harris in 2004. Hotel Chocolat owns a cocoa plantation in Saint Lucia, allowing them to control the entire production process from bean to bar.
