Sake Ito is a unique beverage that combines traditional Japanese sake brewing techniques with long-term aging in sherry casks. This process results in a rich and complex flavor that blends the natural sweetness of rice with notes of dried grapes, apricot, and sweet woody tones.

The packaging design was developed in collaboration with Kira Karacho, the guardians of traditional Japanese paper printing art, further emphasizing the fusion of tradition and modernity in this product.
