Hamafukutsuru Ginjo Kōbō is a Japanese sake brewery located in Higashinada-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. It was founded in 1808 by Matabee Koyamaya, who mastered the art of sake brewing in the Nada and Fushimi regions. The brewery is known for its fusion of traditional techniques with modern technology in sake production.

After being completely destroyed in the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake of 1995, the brewery was modernized and now serves as a tourist attraction. Visitors can observe the sake brewing process through glass windows throughout the year, especially in the "Moromi Experience Corner," where they can enjoy the aroma of fermentation.

Additionally, the brewery offers free tastings of freshly pressed sake and has a shop featuring limited-edition products and local specialties.
