Medallion, a goat milk Feta-style cheese, was awarded a ‘Super Gold’ at the prestigious World Cheese Awards (WCA) in 2023 held in Norway. Medallion goat milk Feta-style cheese is crafted with farm-fresh, indigenous goat milk. It is molded in cheese baskets, which give the cheese its characteristic mesh rind and beautiful, open, and creamy texture.


We skilfully age our Medallion for a period of 5 months, resulting in a cheese with a complex flavour profile and a distinct lemony goat milk tang. This is the perfect cheese for your salads and baked pasta dishes, and it’s a must-have in every cheese lover’s pantry!
