Chocolate de mani

Chocolate de mani is a hot drink popular in the Dominican Republic whose name translates to peanut cocoa. It is made with unsalted toasted peanuts, milk, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and ground nutmeg. In order to make chocolate de mani, blend toasted peanuts, milk, and add sugar to taste.

Pour the mixture into a pot, add cinnamon sticks and cloves, then boil the combination for 10 minutes. After that, take the cinnamon and cloves out and serve.
