"Chunks of very tender oxtail meat and chopped kidneys created a rich gamey aroma. Though, like most of the food, the flavour didn’t go off-rails, well balanced. A softly bitterness on my palate sitting alongside the robust beefiness of beautifully slow cooked oxtail which combined to make a very deep flavour.
