"I ordered the Generosidad (Generosity) from the 7 Virtues part of the menu. It was described as a 3×3 ceviche – using three types of onions, three types of fish, and three types of aji (sauce made from hot pepper). As I’ve hinted earlier, the food here is exceptional. I’ve been to many great restaurants but I can honestly say that Pescados Capitales is #1 on my list."
"The place that spring to mind is 'Pescados Capitales' which you’ll find on Avenida La Mar, Miraflores. 'Pescados Capitales' is more expensive but the dishes there are divine and are worth every penny. I always order octopus and sea bass ceviche (ceviche de pulpo y corvina)."
