Champagne Veuve Fourny & Fils is a family-owned Champagne house that has been crafting exceptional wines since 1856. Today, brothers Charles-Henry and Emmanuel Fourny lead the estate, seamlessly blending their rich heritage with modern viticultural and winemaking techniques. In their winemaking process, Veuve Fourny & Fils harmoniously combines traditional methods with innovative practices.
Fermentation occurs in both stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, with partial malolactic fermentation employed to achieve a balance between freshness and depth of flavor. Their wines are aged on lees for a minimum of three years before release, enhancing their complexity and elegance. The house offers a diverse range of cuvées, including Brut Nature, Blanc de Blancs, Rosé, as well as prestigious labels like Cuvée "R" Extra-Brut and Clos Faubourg Notre-Dame 2014 Extra-Brut.
