"The menu holds something for everyone, from crispy duck to slow-roasted pork belly. The presentation is flawless."
"The menu ranges from high-end Indian cuisine to gourmet versions of traditional Czech dishes – the South Bohemian duck with white cabbage and herb dumplings is superb."
"His creative menu boasts perfectly presented dishes that are both original and delicious like Czech kulajda soup - (sour cream soup with potatoes, mushrooms, dill and quail egg)."

"To begin, the traditional soup called kulajda – V Zátiší – is served in a stylish version. There’s a sour cream espuma and the egg is in this case a quail egg. Not too complicated, and well executed!"

"It is roasted and the skin is crispy; the sides of cooked cabbage with apples and the super-classic Czech dumplings are as common as it gets. The addition of a sauce of red cabbage and duck liver, which has a bit of a tinny characteristic, adds a decadent side to the dish. This one’s a bit more complex than the first dishes, but well executed!"
"Representative of the second main course in the Czech menu was the Svíčková. Delicate flesh melts in the mouth, madeira's sauce contributes to it's attractiveness."

"The Svíčková was excellent, and I was especially pleased with the combination of meat with peas purée and then with veal cream sauce."

"The Czech staple and favorite of many foreign visitors is the Beef tournedos with traditional creamy vegetable sauce “svícková”, herb dumplings and cranberries, which is made to perfection at Zatisi. It is almost as good as the grandmother’s style and that says a lot!"

"And we have to include the finely prepared Svíčková with celery purée, pickled onion, madeira wine and raisins. Beautiful work."

"The cuts of beef were thick and juicy, their sweet sauce bright yellow and obviously packed with vegetables. On the side was an herb-laden homemade Karlovarský knedlík (bread dumplings), cranberries over a dollop of crème fraiche, and green beans wrapped in bacon. Here, finally, is some of the local cuisine that a tourist could eat without going home and declaring Czech food to be inedible."
