"This was the first time we’ve tried pelmeni, and it exceeded expectations! The dumplings were served atop a light butter and sour cream sauce and were stuffed with ground duck. The duck meat had a very good flavor, and the dumpling was a great consistency – not too hard and not too mushy. Very good."
