"My guests haddock was golden and crispy and he said the fish was really meaty and flavorsome. My hake was baked with sea salt which gave it a fantastic flavor and texture and the fish was really meaty. The chips were thick and crispy but not at all greasy. The tartare sauce and the mushy peas both really stood out with unique flavors. They must have a secret ingredient as I’ve never tasted peas or tartare sauce like it.
