The Anglesey Sea Salt Company, also known as Halen Môn Sea Salt, is based on the Isle of Anglesey in Wales. The company was established in 1997 and produces sea salt using waters drawn from the Menai Strait. Halen Môn sea salt has achieved Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status.
The salt is harvested by hand and is marketed both locally and internationally.
