Distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2022, this expression matured exclusively in 190-liter ex-Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey casks, imparting distinctive character and depth.
Mild peat smoke intertwined with vanilla, roasted malt, ripe bananas, citrus aromas, apricots, and subtle dry ash notes. A harmonious blend of fruity sweetness, featuring vanilla, fresh citrus nuances, bananas, grilled apricots, complemented by campfire smoke, oak notes, and a hint of cayenne pepper.
This whisky is non-chill filtered and retains its natural color, ensuring an authentic tasting experience. Limited to 8,340 bottles, Signature Edition ELEVEN showcases St. Kilian's innovative approach to whisky-making, appealing to connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike.
