"Once we arrived, the familiar faces greeted us warmly, took us to a nice table and brought out our favourite fish tea: a spicy broth that consists of a blend of local herbs, lots of scotch bonnet, parrot fish and green bananas. The hot fish soup was downed very quickly as I was truly famished."
