Rasol

Rasol is a traditional stew consisting of meat and vegetables. It is usually made with pork, beef, or poultry boiled with a combination of vegetables such as carrots, onions, potatoes, peppers, peas, or celery roots. The cooked meat is usually cut and served on a plate with some of the cooking liquid and tender vegetables.
