Quatre-Vents

Quatre-Vents is a French cheese that was named after the location of the farm where it's produced – on top of the hill, surrounded by four winds (quatre vents). The cheese is made from raw goat's milk and it's usually left to age for 2 to 3 weeks before consumption.

Underneath its natural rind, the texture of this white cheese is firm and soft. The aromas are fresh and goaty, while the flavor is slightly sweet.
