Pipirrana rin-ran

Rin-ran is a variation of the popular pipirrana salad. This humble Spanish dish is prepared with salted cod strips or leftovers, potatoes, garlic, cumin, olive oil, red peppers, and hard-boiled eggs. When prepared, it can be served as a tapa, appetizer, side dish, or the main course.


Originally, rin-ran was prepared by field workers in the countryside. This salad should always be served cold, and it can be garnished with olives or spring onions.
