Miel de La Alcarria

Miel de La Alcarria is a honey produced in the District of Agraria de La Alcarria in the Provinces of Guadalajara and Cuenca. It is a single or multi-flower honey made from the nectar of rosemary and lavender flowers. The color of Miel de La Alcarria ranges from almost completely transparent to light amber, depending on its floral origin.
