Lil' Moo

Lil' Moo is an American cheese produced in Georgia by Sweet Grass Dairy. The cheese is made from Jersey cow's milk and doesn't have a rind because it's fresh and spreadable. The texture is dense and creamy – similar to cream cheese but lighter because it's made with whole milk instead of cream.
