"It absolutely made up for everything else."
"People eat here when they visit Paris because they can count on some of the most delectable escargot in the city."
"Picture this – a tender, juicy steak cooked to absolute perfection, paired with some of the crispiest, golden-brown frites you’ve ever had. One bite, and you’ll know why it’s the best in Paris. But don’t just take my word for it – you need to experience it for yourself."
"I can honestly say it was the most delicious profiterole and cream I’ve ever had the privilege of eating."
"I enjoyed this immensely."
"Chartier cooked this perfectly: a soft, still reddish-pink interior, a perfect crisp on the outside. Served up with a very rich, beefy, and creamy peppercorn sauce that was actually quite peppery and bold, it was a nice combination of sauce and meat, and the perfect for dabbing the frites. Overall, one of the better “steak frites” variations I’ve had."
"I’ve had escargot several times before, and Chartier’s version was pleasant: the snails hadn’t been overcooked, and were easily extracted from the shells."
"Make sure to leave room for dessert! We enjoyed chocolate mousse with a generous portion of chantilly, or whipped cream on the side."
"We enjoyed steak frites (one of their signature dishes)."
"The show-stopping presentation and pure indulgence of the rich chocolate sauce, fresh choux pastry and vanilla ice cream encapsulates the delight of the whole experience."

"Not to miss when in Paris! I’ve tried the escargot as a starter and it was delicious, but the confit de canard was amazing. It gets crowded and you have to queue, but the prices are very acceptable. Highly recommended!"
