"Laoag’s best-loved, homey restaurant is highly recommended for its large portions of delicious Ilocano specialties like pinakbet (veggies cooked in fish paste)."

"When I got to taste it, I finally knew what makes it extraordinary. It has the balance of salty and pungent flavor and it tastes more creamy and savory than the usual dry tortang talong. Definitely a must try once in Ilocos."
"Crispy Dinuguan, for me, is a two-birds-with-one-stone must try dish when you’re in Laoag City, and nowhere else to get it rather than La Preciosa Fine Dining Restaurant."

"I don’t particularly like Tortang Talong. Or more precisely, I am not a fan of any aubergine dish. Until I tried this one. Made up of eggs, tomatoes, onions sauteed with roughly chopped grilled eggplant, this scrambled mixture is not much to look at but its smells and tastes are hard to resist. I end up finishing the whole plate."
"As expected, when the combination of egg and eggplant are involved, I loved this too. Grilled eggplant is sautéed with tomatoes, onion, and egg. Simple, yes, but at La Preciosa restaurant it was so sneakily tasty that I unconsciously kept going back to it until I realized just how much of it I had eaten!"
"The Ilocano’s unique treatment of tortang talong with lots of sliced tomato and onions. This was really, really good."
"This was a nice soup on its own, and a bit of an overkill when viewed in the context of the entire meal we ordered. I would definitely order this again."

"A welcome twist: the innards were fried to crisp before a minimal amount of blood was added afterwards. I am not an avid fan of the dinuguan by the way, but much to our surprise, we finished this classy version first among the other dishes that morning."

"I thoroughly enjoyed this dinuguan because of its crispiness. It’s so different."

"La Preciosa’s version has crispy pieces of meat. This dish is so indulgent I might have made a mental note to include it in my next confession."
