J&L Grubb, based in County Tipperary, Ireland, is a family-run business that specializes in the production of artisan cheeses. The company was established in 1984 by Jane and Louis Grubb. One of their most famous products is Cashel Blue, a semi-soft, blue-veined cheese made from cow's milk, which was the first Irish blue cheese.

J&L Grubb also produces Crozier Blue, a sheep’s milk blue cheese.
