Old Pepper Distillery Single Barrel Bourbon #19-351, selected by Seelbach's, is a 108.4 proof bourbon aged for 4 years and 8 months. Its mash bill of 80% corn, 8% malted rye, and 12% malted barley creates a rich flavor profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak.

Tasting notes highlight aromas of butterscotch and raspberries, a creamy caramel palate, and a finish with chocolate, dark cherry, and walnut. Distilled by James E. Pepper Distilling in Kentucky, it reflects a blend of tradition and innovation in bourbon.
